A customer just came in and told me that a juice flavor he bought a few days ago was "pure crap". I said thank you for letting me know. He proceeded to tell me what he thinks was wrong with it, and from his feedback I was able to make him something he really loved. So, thanks to his candor we were able to turn a yucky situation into a happy customer.
